I’m happy to announce I can cook the perfect turkey! These cooking bags are amazing. You stick the stuffed/unstuffed bird inside, seal and bake. No basting and the bird turns a beautfiul golden brown. Close to the end of cooking time I remove the juices to make the gravey. Turns out perfect every time!

The turkey was so big it would not fit in the pan, so Tom had to cook the legs separately in a roaster!
